Thankful to do what I love!

This weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of working with a beautiful bride on one of the most important days of her life. As a bridal makeup artist, there's no greater reward than seeing a bride light up with joy and confidence when she looks in the mirror—and this weekend was no exception.

After the wedding, I received this lovely card from the bride that simply made my day:

"Thank you for making me look amazing."

It's moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. Makeup isn't just about enhancing features—it's about helping someone feel their absolute best when it matters most. Being a part of such a special, emotional, and joyful day is truly an honor.

To my beautiful bride—thank you for your trust, your kind words, and for letting me be a part of your journey. You were absolutely radiant inside and out. 💕

If you're a future bride looking for someone to bring your bridal beauty vision to life, I’d love to hear from you!

Should you wear lashes for your wedding day?

Wearing false lashes on your wedding day is definitely a popular choice for many brides! They can add volume, length, and definition to your lashes, giving your eyes a more dramatic or enhanced look that’s perfect for photographs. Whether you opt for a natural look with wispy lashes or something more bold, lashes can help accentuate your features, especially in close-up shots. I love lashes and always recommend that a bride wears them. If you are a bride that hasn’t worn lashes before, the trial is a perfect time to try them out. You will feel and see them for a couple hours and then you will get used to them. The key for having them stay in place all night is to hold your eyes still for 5 minutes to let the glue dry down after you apply them.
